This was our 3rd stay in 5 years with a Cobb rental. The houses have been 1st rate and never disappoint. This visit the house had a smart lock that we weren’t familiar with. We called the office (after hours) and received an immediate call back from a Cobb.

Nice, clean cabin in a good location not far from beach with road access to it. Cobb Real Estate's staff was very helpful and friendly. Rental went smoothly with no issues.

The home is newer, clean and very comfortable. It has all kitchen items you may need and is in the perfect location near town and from the beach! Nearby store is in walking/ golfcart distance and so is the beach. Outside shower to wash off the sand and nice porch.

The house was amazing and it felt like home as soon as walked in the door! Or had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. They view from the deck was awesome! Very nice beach house to rent for your home away from home!

We have rented a house in Crystal Beach for the last few years. Sotovento was one of the best properties we have stayed in as far as the kitchen being equipped for meal preparation, beds were all good, house was clean and location on the beach is good for families. Would definitely recommend this house.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was well equipped and organized with all kinds of cookware and dishes. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked well. Nice location, very close to the beach with easy access to the highway and the convenience store.

Very pleasant stay in a very modern and comfortable house. Location ideal and within walking distance of the beach. Suggest community call for and install speed bumps on all the streets or police oversight to minimize speeding cars

1. This is truly a home away from home.
2. Only 2 small blocks away from the beach. You can walk to the beach with kids if you don't own or rent a golf car.
3. The property is extremely clean and spacious with beautiful relaxing decoration.
4. The best nicest porch with a view of the beach. Trust me, I went for a run around the block and this property has the best porch with nice comfy Texan style furnitures.
5. The property is located in a family friends neighborhood. We didn't encounter any loud partying during our stay.
