Shore Relaxin'

What can I say...perfect weather, great location, quite neighborhood, and stunning views. We have always wanted to stay that this beach house and finally got the chance. This is definitely a must. Cobb RE has been our go to rental company for the last 10 years. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Very nice home with an excellent view of the beach. The shuffle board and corn hole game provided at the home were a big hit. The surrounding area was peaceful and kid family friendly.

We have rented for 50 years, and this was our favorite house of all time! The home looks directly on the Gulf on a deck that always has some shade. The cargo lift is located perfectly by the kitchen door. The house was the cleanest we have ever rented and the furniture was in great shape! What a major plus to have all the beds made when we arrived with a generous supply of towels for the week! We loved the fact that all the rooms were on the same floor! It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well supplied. The teen grand kids loved the bunk bedroom. TVs were large with a variety of viewing choices, and we were even able to watch our favorite sports playoffs. The golf cart/walkway is close by, and this end of the peninsula is quiet. A storm knocked out the wifi on a Sunday. Cobb notified the internet service first thing on Monday, and the provider was prompt and friendly. Family "corn hole" competitions were enjoyed on the deck and table shuffleboard was fun inside. All of us agreed this was a terrific home, and we had a great experience with Cobb Real Estate with check in, prompt and friendly responses to questions, and easy check out procedures!

Not so good weather wise but that’s not Cobb Reality’s fault.
However we did have a nice place to stay with lots of games and TV options when storming.

Had a wonderful vacation. Loved the house. Perfect size and number of bathrooms. We loved the beach not being so crowded and the space between the houses quiet neighborhood. We will stay again

My family has been coming to Crystal Beach for 50 years and we are passing these wonderful fun memories down to our grandchildren. We have stayed in many rentals throughout the years and this one is our favorite. This rental is fully furnished and is beautiful inside. The deck is inviting and has a picture perfect view.

This beautiful home is perfect for our family vacation. The four bedrooms and three and a half baths give everyone their space. The house is located on the front row next to the beach. The view is beautiful and the area is peaceful. This is our second year to stay at this home and we hope to be back next year.

The family and I have visited the Bolivar area for a number of years but this year was very UNIQUE! The weather was great, water was clear for some time, surf fishing was bountiful, fellow tourists were very friendly and the beach house was really great!

This was a fantastic rental home. I have been vacationing at Crystal Beach since the 1990s and subsequently renting with my own family for about 14 years now. I would have to say that this was one of the top 1 or 2 rental properties we have stayed at in all those years. The property was very clean and kept. The layout was very conducive to family gatherings. The neighborhood is smaller than most subdivisions in the area which was nice as well. Walking access to the beach was great. We look to stay here again in the near future.

Have been staying at this house for a number of years and truly love it for many reasons! Really suits our family, plus friends and is so convenient to everything we love about Bolivar. A great beach area and access with just the right amount of activity to watch along the beach. Great porch sitting too!!!

The house was perfect for all of our family. My children and grandchildren and a few other relatives came to enjoy and celebrate Mother's Day. This is our 5th year to rent from Cobb and we hope to continue the tradition for years to come. The house was perfect. I loved the kitchen. I could have looked out of the windows every day at the beautiful view of the water. Close to the beach and didn't have to worry about a lot of traffic to the beach due to no beach access in the subdivision. The deck was large and the kids enjoyed it very much! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!!

The whole family loved everything about this place! Comfy beds, 3 1/2 baths, large kitchen, perfect sized deck for relaxing & games!! Great access to the beach and for in/out trips for fishing and grocery shopping. Cobb Real Estate was wonderful - great communication and easy to work with. It was a wonderful vacation for 16 people to celebrate a holiday.

This is our third year for our family reunion at this house and it is by far our favorite!!! Such a cute house and with all the perfect amenities for our 3 families plus friends! The beach and access is just right for us and for our teenagers and young adults. It was all just great!!! I was looking for a place in Crystal Beach that could accommodate a large party with kids and adults and Shore Relaxin' was fantastic. I think our favorite aspects were the porch with all of the chairs overlooking the ocean on teh private drive and the shuffle board competitions we had inside while watching basketball on the big screen. Everything was perfect. The rooms are charming and the A/C works great! The bunk room was perfect for our group of 14 year olds. The bunk room bathroom tub drain never worked well so we just sent the boys downstairs to the outside shower and that worked fine. Hopefully management will get that fixed. The other bathrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Because I was constantly cooking for 16+ people, the kitchen was fantastic and had tons of counter space and huge island. The kitchen looks out on the ocean so you never miss a moment. Younger kids loved the wrap around porch and found themselves contstantly making the loop around it. The front yard is perfect for a volleyball net which we brought and spent hours playing outside.You have to rent golf carts so be careful who you rent from - they are really beat up. We would completely come back to Shore Relaxin' and consider other properties in the same area for friends. Loved it!

Another perfectly delightful stay at Bolivar beach!!! Our extended family likes to come every year and this is our second year in this wonderful house! The house and the beach suite us perfectly and even the weather complied this year. It was great and NO SEAWEED was a definite plus!!! Cobb's makes it so easy for us to book each year and always makes sure our stay goes as smoothly as possible.

Really enjoyed the layout of the cabin. We are used to walking right over the dune to the beach in other cabins, but the very short walk to the crossover wasn't inconvenient at all.

Shore Relaxin was incredible in every way from the large kitchen and living area's. to the large walkin showers. Furniture was very nice. This rental is first class. Would recommend this property to everyone.
