GREAT HOUSE
We stay in Crystal Beach a few times a year and this is by far one of my favorite houses. The layout is great. The views are great. To say the house was well appointed would be an understatement. They have literally thought of everything you could ever need in a rental. The bedrooms were all dark at night and bright in the daytime and the beds were very comfortable. We had 12 people that fit comfortably and we had room for a few more. There were also extra mattresses under some of the beds. Front row views and second row pricing. Easy walk to the beach - but we all had golfcarts. There is a golf cart access but no beach access for cars. I didn't realize that when I rented but I didn't mind at all. WONERFUL RENTAL. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great Home! Our generational family enjoyed the warm atmosphere and vibe feeling of this home. It had everything anyone could want in a beach house and much more. We felt privileged to be staying in this home. That might sound strange but in 44 years of coming to the beach, this was not just a house but a home. Definitely will try to stay again next year.

The home was beautiful inside and out. So may extras that most homes don’t have. We have rented a house on Crystal Beach for the last 10 summers. This is by far the best one. The kitchen had lot of dishes and cooking options. Mattress on the beds we’re comfortable. AC up and down stairs worked great. The only complaint we have is the front and side doors. They are complicated to close so it cased a lot of problems with is having 7 kids. Then one that we could hardly get to lock. We will be back!

The staff at Cobb Rental was EXCELLENT!!!! The house was beautiful and everything we needed to make this a great trip. We loved the lift, it was nice so we didn't have to take our belonging up the stairs.

We have come every Summer for 25 years. We rent a house or two each time. Cobb is always fabulous. But this house was by far the best equipped. Located perfectly and my family all bragged about how comfortable we were. Thank you for making our mini vacay awesome. We will be back.
