Excellent spot on Holiday Beach! Great view from the balcony. Excellent amenities and nice bedrooms. We fit our family of 8 and dog perfectly fine with plenty of room to spare. The layout in the living room was spacious with very nice furniture. We cooked every night and used the kitchen cooking equipment and used our grill downstairs.
We are excited to book this same house again!

Really nice, BIG house with plenty of room for all of us plus a couple of puppers. The tiny little fenced area in back was perfect for the dogs. Nicely equipped kitchen and the views from the living room and primary bedroom are beautiful and renting from Cobb is always a great experience.

8 of us met up for a family weekend. We had a great time and the cabin was truly wonderful. Spacious and well appointed. Our pups were comfortable too! Looking forward to coming back again and again! First time using Cobb and I can't see ever choosing another company now. Our service was great!

Great location. Nice clean spacious house. Clean fresh linens. Overall..we totally loved the house and will definitely rent again. Easy check in and friendly staff. Got me a new beach bag too!

We lived the house the moment we stepped thru the door! Open kitchen, a checkers barrel and reading sitting ledge to sit or lat down and read just added that perfect touch! The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy too! Master bath was gorgeous. We will be back in summer!

This rental property was exactly as described with the exception that the sunrise and sunsets are amazing.... We had a fantastic time with our family. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals, drinks, and desserts. Wonderful memories of my grandsons playing in the sand, building a sand castle (you even supply toys!)

Everything in this home was absolutely amazing from watching the sun come up to watching it storm.
The only problem we had was when it storms the French doors leak at bottom. Overall my family and I didn't want to leave. Very relaxing

My children and I stayed at the Tequila Sunrise over the summer of 2015 and had such a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful. The owners have made the house feel very welcoming and have obviously thought out every detail of a family beach vacation. I have nothing but positive feedback out the house. It was perfect.

The unexpected change - Two days before out planned vacation I received a telephone call from a very nice lady at Cobb explaining the house we originally rented had no a/c and it would not be repaired in time for our stay. My heart sunk! My children had been looking forward to the beach house with a bunk bed and arguing over who would sleep on the top bunk for weeks. Cobb gave us the option of multiple other beach houses that were available and meet our needs with 3 young children and 2 little dogs. My children were thrilled when they discovered the Tequila sunrise had not one but two bunk beds!

Thank you Cobb for yet another amazing summer vacation. See you guys next year!!! :-)

The home was spectacular and perfect for our family. Being right on the beach was great!! We always had breezes on the porch in the afternoons at the hottest part of the mosquitoes.
Trash receptacles on the beach seemed to be emptied daily.
The noise level and number of motorized vehicles on the beach (dune buggies,etc.) was our only disappointment.

My family and I rented out Tequila Sunrise to enjoy the week leading up to my husband's 40th birthday. We enjoyed our stay so much that the time went by too fast, and it felt as if we had only stayed two nights instead of six. The pictures for this property did it justice. What you see is what you get, which is very nice when renting relatively sight unseen. It was new, spacious, clean, and had everything a family would need to be comfortable. We had several family members and friends visit throughout the week and everyone was so impressed with the location and style of the home that several inquired about how to rent this property out themselves. I highly recommend staying here, and I am sure my family and I will be back!

The home and beach were both incredible. We had 11 people staying and had plenty of room for all. The space was neat and the construction was fairly new. The beach was in front of the house and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely rent here again. The beaches were clean, quiet, and safe. Loved out stay!

Our week stay at Tequila Sunrise was perfect! It's a very roomy house which is decorated beautifully! The ow wets simply thought of everything! The A/C works great, especially in the Master bedroom! The only challenging thing, was the electrical outlets... At times we thought they didn't work, but after reading the detailed booklet about the beach house that the owner left on the end table, it walked us thru how to make them work. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal. Great place, we will be back!!!
