This a great house with amazing location! If you’re a family of 4 looking to be on the beach no need to look further. Folks at Cobb are real friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you and your family have a great experience. We will definitely be back!

A week away with the family before school started was just what we needed and boy did Sea Mist deliver! We loved how it was on a super quiet part of the penninsula. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves! We were there during the week with hardly anyone else on the beach. Saturday was the busiest day and we still weren't even close to other people. Mornings and evenings on the patio watching and listening to the waves was most relaxing! The house was well appointed with everything you need and spotless! We will most definatly be back!

The house was clean. The beach was steps away. Complete kitchen with pots and cooking items we needed. Be sure and bring all you need to cook with like salt and pepper. None of that type is left from previous stays. You do have to make your beds upon arrival. Porch is functional but on the small side. We never ran out of hot water. We enjoyed their grill and boogie boards.

This is the second year in a row to rent this house. It’s in a great location and right on the beach. It’s perfect for a small family. For the most part this location is wonderful as the beach isn’t as busy on this end of the peninsula

The house was in a perfect location. The house was very comfortable and tv worked . I would say the twin bed was uncomfortable. They did not have dishwasher soap or dish soap. We also brought our own bath soap. The king and queen were comfortable.

The house was perfect for our family of six.
Had everything we needed for cooking and bedding .
AWSOME location!!
We would rent the house again and would defiantly rent from Cobb again,
The house was very clean and well maintained.
We have rented from Swedes in the past and don’t find their properties to be in the same conditions Cobb provided.
We are very satisfied and we be return renters!

Nice little house. If you like a secluded beach this one is for you!
Only thing I did not like is you could not pull your vehicle under the house. They stayed in the hot sun all day.Television had very limited programming.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The surf was rough and sandy, but this a variable that is unable to control. The beach house was perfect and we enjoyed the front deck.

We arrived on a Monday and had the beach to ourselves until Friday. We couldn't have asked for a better time. The house was roomy and clean and just steps from the beach. We have found our new favorite Bolivar rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Mist! From stopping by the office (everyone was amazingly friendly) until the moment we left. We were only a few hundred feet from the ocean and could walk right to the beach. We spent every meal on the porch listening to the waves of the ocean. Absolutely serene.

The house itself was cozy and clean. It was fairly new and had everytveryyhing we needed to truly enjoy our stay. We cooked every meal in the house so it’s important to me that the kitchen supplies be stocked and there were plenty of tools.

The location on the beach wasn’t a very busy one ( slightly to the chagrin of my 5 year old ) but it made it even more relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better total package and are looking to book again for next year ASAP!

The view at the sea mist was absolutely priceless! Just a few steps from the beach made it so easy to get the kids ready and lug all of our things back and forth! We will defiantly be back. Walking into the home it was so much more than we ever expected, it was clean and spacious for being a 2 bedroom. Needless to say it was a fabulous week!

Quiet location and such a wonderful home that had everything one would need. Shelling in this area was fantastic!
We have stayed at many Beach homes on the island over the years and this home is at the top of our list to return to. Price is spot on and the girls at the Cobb office were fantastic to work with.

The house was exceptionally clean and the decor was beautiful. We loved and enjoyed the outdoor furniture especially the high back chairs since it didn't obstruct the view. We loved how close the house was to the beach. I was impressed to see the City come by picking up trash on the beach. It was a very clean beach we will be back next year! :)
