Very. Clean and and pretty beach house. Its on row 2 but no hours in front. Lots of water view on three sides of the house. About 200’ from the beach. Its a must if you plan on renting at crystal beach.

Girls weekend for New Years
We took a single girls trip to start the new year with our toes in the sand! It was gorgeous! It’s the first house off the beach so easy beach access to walk to. We walked down to the beach and enjoyed the sun and put our toes in the sand! The house has amazing views with lots of windows and great space! They have a bar area downstairs with a grill and picnic table set up. We had front row view of the fireworks show from the balcony and later walked to the beach. We took a ferry over to Galveston one day, about a 10 minute drive and super easy to get on the ferry and it was free! Absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Marianne and I spend a lot of time on Bolivar and Cobb Rental always finds us a place right on the water. This place is so amazing. The open area on both sides gives great views of the sunrise and the sun set. This time of year the ocean is calm with a Northwest wind and the beach is so clean. The home is a real home, not a rental. The kitchen is Marianne's favorite of all the homes we have stayed in. You are close to the Ferry for trips to Galveston. Restaurants nearby and all sorts of shopping up and down the road. The TV is streaming so you can download you own app and watch what you watch at home. The furnishings are in good taste and the entire home in very comfortable. The upstairs has plenty of room so sleep lots. of family or friends. The master looks right out on the ocean. We love going down in the Fall season. You will never be disappointed when renting this beautiful home. Me, I spend loads of time the decks getting a really good sun tan!

Marianne and I have been staying with Cobb Rentals for many years. We have been in several homes on the water and this is the jewel of all of the homes we have stayed in over the years. It is located at the far end of one of the subdivisions where you have a huge open space on one side and a lot of room on the other side giving you lots of privacy. It is close to the water with a view that is amazing. The home itself is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need. There is only the two of us; but, the upstairs has a separate AC for cooling and is also very comfortable. It is clean and will be our house of choice for as long as it is available. The porches have excellent views and if you are there on a weekend you can sit in the swing on the side porch and listen to live music coming from Margaritaville Beach Resort. Close to the Ferry and a Restaurant right down the street. You will love your stay here.

Our family of three adults, two teens and a five year old enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals. We could have used a few more cooking utensils. The only negative was the fact that the stairs up to the house did not have a handrail. This could be a problem for some.

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable vacation home. What a blessing the owners allow renters to experience this location. The home had everything we needed and the views were beautiful. We really enjoyed the porches and especially the screen porch. Thanks to Cobb Real Estate for suggesting this location and their excellent service.
