A Peach On The Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach. We made memories of a lifetime. I will definitely use Cobb realty again. Everyone I encountered was so helpful and accomodating. Our internet was not working and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Great service!

Beautiful home with great views and has everything we needed

Only issue was the 40 steps to the main floor and no lift to transport suitcases and food

A Peach on the Beach was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The second level had a bedroom for my 2 "almost grown" grandsons away from the older adults. They had their own balcony on which to relax. The house was clean and had a wonderful view of the Gulf.

Great spot on the beach! Check in/out was quick and easy. House was just what we expected from the web site and photos. We had 8 adult guest, and there was plenty room for all of us without being cramped. We would definitely rent this house again.

We only stayed for three days, but enjoyed every moment. Enjoyed the water, the sand and great restaurants. The full double rainbow and the tornado was also exciting to see, especially for the kids. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks for the memories.

We could not have been more pleased with A Peach On The Beach! The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained and just beautiful. We had great views of the Gulf and loved getting up every morning to have coffee on the porch!

My family and I stayed here during Spring Break. We had a great time! Pros: The location is fabulous. It's second row, but the way the house is located, you have beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. We loved hanging out on both levels, but especially the mezzanine with the super comfy hammock chairs. It was really nice to have speakers throughout the house and deck areas. Beds were very comfortable and the house was beautifully furnished and decorated. Cons (I wouldn't call them cons, as they are more like things to know): Make sure to bring some extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc if you plan to stay for more than a few days. Some of the locks stick, but this may be from salt and wear and tear. We had some confusion with one of our locks, but the rental company was helpful. Keep in mind that the mezzanine level is one bedroom with a bunk and a queen spring/mattress. Our teenagers loved this room as a hangout, but the window unit can be a bit squirrely until you figure out how to use it. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to others.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the home. The view was incredible! The home was in good shape overall, would have liked to have a few more supplies to start with but it was good. There was no toilet paper in the home and only 1 garbage bag but we did buy more. A few light bulbs were out but that was the only other issue. Also, could have used a crockpot..

Loved this house! It was new, had a well supplied kitchen, and a beach view. There were 3 generations in the house and we all enjoyed it. There is an extra set of stairs to deal with but the mezzanine was a nice place to hang out with a TV and chairs.

My family of 9 spent 4 days at the beach house. It was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view of the beach from the decks. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and in good condition. The location was excellent. I would highly recommend this house.
