The nice folks at Cobb rentals and the owners make this our go to summer rental The . Perfect size for our family and the lift is an extra bonus. We will book again next year as soon as the schedule opens up.

Our Third Year in a row
Our family loves this home. It is the right size for us...3 rooms for parents and grandparents and a room with 6 bunks for the kids. Right on the beach with private walk over. The kitchen is good size for all the cooks in the kitchen and the grandkids zipping around. The living area has plenty of seating area for the family. This was our 3rd straight year and there will be a 4th and more, I hope. Thanks to the owners for allowing guests to enjoy their beach house.

Beautiful Home!!! Awesome Decor and Views!!! Private walk over is so wonderful, as is the LIFT!!! We have been renting for over a decade at Crystal Beach and this is the best so far!!!

After being stranded with 10 family members due to a no-show VRBO host, Cobb came to our rescue! They went out of their way to find us a last minute rental that would suit our large group. “As You Wish” was PERFECT in every way! The home is gorgeous and spacious, and the beach-front location cannot be beat! Having an in-suite bathroom in 3 of the 4 bedrooms is so convenient. I will definitely use Cobb for future bookings!

This was one of our favorite homes we've stayed in. Loved the cargo lift, the walkover to the beach, ALL the bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen. Gas log fireplace was cozy! Cobb took great care of us!!

This was a fabulous house! Hands down the best built beach house by far. The kitchen was amazingly stocked. The deck and the view it provides was our favorite place. You can see the beach from the deck, and easily walk over to it with the private walk way. There were 19 of us, we all had a bed and the 5 bathrooms is perfect! The AC is amazing even with triple digits. Cobb Real Estate were always there for anything we needed, even a Sunday.

Great place for multiple families! Plenty of beds and bathrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked. There were even toys for the littles to play with! We loved our week here. Already planning our next visit!

This was our second time to stay at As You Wish. It's probably the best beach house we've ever rented as far as location and amenities. It's very well stocked with whatever you might need for cooking, entertainment, essentials, etc. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the dog next door that barked at everything! That won't stop us from renting the same place next year!

House was super nice. Loved that the linens were included. Only downside (which wasn't that big of a deal for us) was that the description didn't specify which bedrooms were on the 2nd story. We assumed there would be 2 bedrooms downstairs but there is only the king bedroom downstairs. That being our only "complaint" it was perfect. Plenty of tall patio chairs for everyone to sit outside & see over the railing to the beach. 10 out of 10!

Everything was great at this cabin. You have a nice walkover right to the beach. There is a freight lift. If you are not in the 20's crowd, or 30,40,or 50s for that matter, you will so appreciate this for your luggage.Everything was in working order and there were numerous kitchen appliances and tools to use. Comfortable seating for quite a few which so many cabins lack.A wonderful cheery room for the kids that they will want to stay in. We will definitely rent this one again, probably from now on!!

Make A Wish was a beautifully appointed well placed cabin. We had everything we needed! The lift was an amazing added benefit we have never had before! We rent every year, and will try and rent this cabin again next year!

The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked and lots of room. The lift was a real plus for bringing up the supplies on arrival. We hope to stay at this property again for our annual beach rentals.
