What can I say...perfect weather, great location, quite neighborhood, and stunning views. We have always wanted to stay that this beach house and finally got the chance. This is definitely a must. Cobb RE has been our go to rental company for the last 10 years. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Very nice home with an excellent view of the beach. The shuffle board and corn hole game provided at the home were a big hit. The surrounding area was peaceful and kid family friendly.

We have rented for 50 years, and this was our favorite house of all time! The home looks directly on the Gulf on a deck that always has some shade. The cargo lift is located perfectly by the kitchen door. The house was the cleanest we have ever rented and the furniture was in great shape! What a major plus to have all the beds made when we arrived with a generous supply of towels for the week! We loved the fact that all the rooms were on the same floor! It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well supplied. The teen grand kids loved the bunk bedroom. TVs were large with a variety of viewing choices, and we were even able to watch our favorite sports playoffs. The golf cart/walkway is close by, and this end of the peninsula is quiet. A storm knocked out the wifi on a Sunday. Cobb notified the internet service first thing on Monday, and the provider was prompt and friendly. Family "corn hole" competitions were enjoyed on the deck and table shuffleboard was fun inside. All of us agreed this was a terrific home, and we had a great experience with Cobb Real Estate with check in, prompt and friendly responses to questions, and easy check out procedures!

This beautiful home is perfect for our family vacation. The four bedrooms and three and a half baths give everyone their space. The house is located on the front row next to the beach. This was a fantastic rental home. I have been vacationing at Crystal Beach since the 1990s and subsequently renting with my own family for about 14 years now. I would have to say that this was one of the top 1 or 2 rental properties we have stayed at in all those years. The property was very clean and kept. The layout was very conducive to family gatherings. The neighborhood is smaller than most subdivisions in the area which was nice as well. Walking access to the beach was great. We look to stay here again in the near future.

The house was perfect for all of our family. My children and grandchildren and a few other relatives came to enjoy and celebrate Mother's Day. This is our 5th year to rent from Cobb and we hope to continue the tradition for years to come. The house was perfect. I loved the kitchen. I could have looked out of the windows every day at the beautiful view of the water. Close to the beach and didn't have to worry about a lot of traffic to the beach due to no beach access in the subdivision. The deck was large and the kids enjoyed it very much! I was looking for a place in Crystal Beach that could accommodate a large party with kids and adults and Shore Relaxin' was fantastic. I think our favorite aspects were the porch with all of the chairs overlooking the ocean on teh private drive and the shuffle board competitions we had inside while watching basketball on the big screen. Everything was perfect. The rooms are charming and the A/C works great! The bunk room was perfect for our group of 14 year olds. The bunk room bathroom tub drain never worked well so we just sent the boys downstairs to the outside shower and that worked fine. Hopefully management will get that fixed. The other bathrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Because I was constantly cooking for 16+ people, the kitchen was fantastic and had tons of counter space and huge island. The kitchen looks out on the ocean so you never miss a moment. Younger kids loved the wrap around porch and found themselves contstantly making the loop around it. The front yard is perfect for a volleyball net which we brought and spent hours playing outside.You have to rent golf carts so be careful who you rent from - they are really beat up. We would completely come back to Shore Relaxin' and consider other properties in the same area for friends. Loved it!

Marianne and I have been going down to Crystal Beach and staying in Cobb Realty rentals for several years. Our favorite place is no longer in the rental pool and this residence was recommended. It is awesome. Very tastefully furnished, well stocked kitchen, instant access to the beach, front row view, close to restaurants and shopping. This is truly a "Hidden Jewel". I’m so impressed with Cobb Rental and their staff. Our house happened to be listed for sale on the day we arrived. The staff worked with us on one potential buyer viewing the home and an inspection and compensated us well. The house was perfect, and we hope it will continue as a rental with the new owners! A La Playa beach house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We brought our own sheets and towels, but there were good pillows and blankets provided. The living room furniture was super comfortable with reclining sofa seats. Wifi worked well while we were there too. The location is great with excellent beach views from the big covered upstairs deck. The neighborhood was very quiet but we were there in October and the houses near A La Playa appeared to be empty. We loved our stay there and plan to book this same house in the future. Cobb was very friendly and easy to work with too.

What a view this is a great house. We had a wonderful vacation and our boys Zach and Baxter
loved going down the back steps to the fenced yard. House was very clean and had everything

We had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this rental to anyone who is interested in a beautiful beachfront property that may be traveling with a family pet. An added bonus is that the back staircase goes directly into a large fenced yard where your pet can play. It is a beach access road but the traffic was minimal during our stay. We also enjoyed dining at the Stingaree which was less than one block from the cabin.

My husband and I decided last minute to find a beach house to rent over the New Year holiday. We were to arrive New Year's Eve afternoon. Cobb Real Estate were the only company we found that could accommodate us and be able to get us a key to a rental.
We found this rental on the website which was available. It was fantastic! It was very cold but the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom was wonderful. We even were able to watch fireworks all night from the couch in the living room.
The house was very modern, clean and comfortable. It was a great holiday and we will be back in March!

Cabin was very nice and clean and the location was excellent, beachfront and close to the beach entrance. Just the right size for two couples and two dogs. The fenced yard was handy. This is a quiet subdivision, outside the popular "zoo" area, which would be perfect for families during the summer when the "crazies" are out!
Cobb realty also had a pleasant surprise...a DVD kiosk with FREE movies for your stay, yes FREE! Very cool perk.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is the first time we have rented a beach house from Cobb. The house we stayed in (A La Playa) was everything we had hoped for! It was clean, had a great view and had only the necessary sand dune and a single car wide road between us and the beach. The house was well-appointed with dishes, etc. and previous tenants (or Cobb) had left a few amenities like dish soap, a few spices, etc. The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable, etc.,etc. I would definitely recommend this beach house. The Cobb people were professional and helpful.

The cabin is just beautiful as well as the view. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for taking the dogs out. There is a separate stair that leads directly down to it, which is very convenient. The view is wonderful, from the deck or inside the living room. Will stay again!

This beach house was was nice and very close to the beach. We had a great time. There was one issue with sugar ants and they immediately resolved the problem.

A really nice & modern cabin with an awesome view of the beach. Great fenced yard area for our dog. The bed was really comfortable (not too hard as is typical). Only gripe was no cushions for the very HARD wood deck chairs - some padding would have been nice. Anyway, bring your own chaise lounges if you want to stretch out. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach home was just as presented online. The view was awesome, front row. The home was very clean and furniture was really nice. Cobb Real Estate and beach rental staff are awesome. We were looking at a couple of rentals and the staff recommend this one and it was a great choice for our needs. We have rented a few time from them and as always they delivered the good. Would highly recommend this home to all. Can't wait until we can rent again and it will be soon.

Absolutely gorgeous house, very functional kitchen. The decor and color scheme was beautiful and soothing. This was our 1st visit back to Bolivar since Ike. We didn't know where the house would be since everything has changed so much. House is beachfront with a street in front of it and a sand dune. Easy 1 minute walk (if that!) and you are on the sand. I loved that the house pictures and description that Cobb represented on their website was exactly what we got when we walked in the first day. Would definitely rent this house again!

We had a great time,the week went to fast we didn't want to leave.We went to crab fest walked the beach and found a sand dollar.We will be renting the house again.

This was the nicest & cleanest home we have ever rented. We felt we were in a 5 star hotel. We do hope to be able to return in the future.
