We had four couples and each were able to have their own room and bathroom. Very spacious family room and kitchen area. Liked the fact there were 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers a large counter top and separate dinning table.

This is our 4th time to stay in Dune R Thing and we thoroughly enjoy it every time. The bed arrangements fit our needs perfectly, and the kitchen is well appointed. We love the location. We will definitely rent again!

We were not disappointed. A wonderful place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Sunrise. sunset, beach, kite flying, walking and more. All expressed desire to come back.

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time using this property!! We had 9 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room for everyone! We loved the large kitchen and the fact that the beach was a short walk across the bridge. We will definitely book this house again. Would love to own this house on the beach!!

This home was absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, the beds were comfy, very spacious, and loved the view. We will be only renting this cabin for all of our beach vacations. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time while we were staying at Dune R Thing! The cabin was brand new and beautifully decorated. The cabin is right on the beach with unbelievable views of the gulf. We would definitely boom this cabin again. Thank you for a memorable New Years Eve.

We anticipated being disappointed with a third row experience but access to the beach was great! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We felt safe!! The house had everything we needed. The only thing we lacked was a garden hose but we contacted our rental company and they gave us an alternate rental address to obtain one. The rental company was very accommodating!

Overall a good house but needs just a few more things. We had to borrow a garden hose which every beach house should have. Also needs blankets, not comforters - too hot! We had to buy a kitchen sponge, cookie sheet, toilet paper, 409, etc. Also could use clock radios in the bedrooms. Closet in master bedroom was locked so something for hanging clothes would be nice. Positive side - AC worked great and the layout of the house was good. Comfortable living room furniture and nice, big deck.

I loved the property! It was clean and had everything we needed. The Cobb staff was easy to work with and easy to contact. Nice touches: the beach bag was very helpful and needed! The video is mental came in very handy. I would definitely recommend Cobb RE & I will rent from you again!!

Wonderful experience, this was the fourth time we have stayed at Miss Molly's and every time is a wonderful time. We love that you get the beach front views without the beach front prices. The house has a great floor plan, the kitchen / living room is great for cooking and entertaining. Our family we continue to stay at Miss Mollys for as long as we can.

We got to the beach right after the storm. The entrances to the beach were full of debris but the workers got right on it. They had the beaches cleaned up and the entrances cleared the next day! Miss Molly’s is a nice cabin and has a great view of the beach. We will stay there again.

Our little family love staying at miss mollys winter or summer. The staff at cobb is truly amazing always there for helpful info. Where to eat or shop they always have a suggestion. The home is beautiful and well kept. We love the how you can walk to the beack or just sit on the porch and watch the waves.

The pictures of Miss Molly’s didn’t do it justice! The view is gorgeous, we were close enough we could run back to the house for lunch and leave our canopy up on the beach where we could see it. It was more than enough space for our family of four. We highly recommend this house!

The home was beautiful and clean with a great ocean view. The beach access is just around a corner. We where there for New Year’s Eve and let me say it was incredible. The staff a Cobb was also amazing and helpful in booking this gem for us again

We had a wonderful time at Miss Molly. She is a second row home with a beautiful view and great beach access. We had never stayed at this part of the beach before, it is on the Gilchrist side of Stingaree. I think it is a great area for families, there is less "wildlife". I thought the cabin looked blue in the pictures but brace yourself, it is really purple! :)

Definitely a cute little house, perfect for a weekend getaway! The views looking of the deck are really amazing! Drank my coffee out there both mornings, you can hear the waves crashing. Don’t judge a book by its cover with this one, the outside could use a fresh coat of paint, that salty air being that close to the water just will just eat the paint up but it’s so cute on the inside. This property is really close to all the stores as well! Well stocked kitchen and getting the linen package just makes everything easier. We will definitely rent again!

This was our first beach vacation at Crystal Beach and at Miss Molly’s. The beach house was clean and in good order when we arrived. I especially enjoyed the kitchen with all the counter space. The beach was a short walk from our front steps and we brought a wagon to carry all our stuff in. It was really nice not being far from the only grocery store, about a mile away.

The house was absolutely awesome in every way. It was well stocked with everything you could want in the kitchen. It was perfect. The view from the porch was looking right at the beach with nothing blocking the view. It was very comfortable. All you need to bring are your clothes and food and drinks. Beautiful.

While my recent vacation was just an extended weekend, I fell in love with the area, the Crystal Beach shoreline and Miss Molly's cottage. This was a solo vacation and this rental was the perfect 's so close to the beach where I walked each early morning to watch the sunrise and each evening to watch it set. There is a small food market near the street so you can explore or stick close to home. Miss Molly's was so terrific I can only hope that it will be available because it's now my home away from home. The Cobb Realty staff were so friendly and helpful. Great experience all around.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, clean, well-maintained beach house. We had fun collecting seashells. The house was quiet, close to the beach, with beautiful views. We would not hesitate to rent Miss Molly's beach house when we return to Bolivar Peninsula.
