Blue Whale

This home has become our favorite for two reasons: It feels like a family home and it has amazing views. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Crystal Beach. Great ocean views from the upper deck and quick access to the beach down a golf cart path. The staff at Cobb Realty are always helpful and very easy to work with.

The house was in a perfect location with a great view and nearby beach access. It was stocked with just about everything needed for a week away from home. I would bring your own grill as the little charcoal grill provided was basically rusted through and not useable. That’s a minor complaint as this house was otherwise perfect.

We love the Blue Whale, the location, the view of the ocean. My only complaint is that the cabin does not have WiFi. I am a college professor teaching online in the summer. WiFi would be very convenient.

Cobb Real Estate was very easy to rent through and everyone in the office is very pleasant. We had no problems with the house and love the location.

Blue Whale is a very nice place to spend a relaxing week at the beach. The home is comfortable and has a nice view. In the fall the surrounding area is very quiet. The staff at Cobb Real Estate is also friendly, and I am certain they would have been responsive had I experienced any issues with the property.

We had a great week at the beach. The home is just right for me and my son. The house was clean and cool when we arrived. The location is wonderful the beach at this subdivison is clean and quiet. Hope to be back next year!

Had a great stay it was cold and rainy most days which was fine with me! The wind blowing around the cabin made it peaceful and restful. Just what the doctor ordered!

Blue Whale is a nice property, has a great view and is just a short walk from the beach. During my stay the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The ferry ride to Galveston is enjoyable, with lots of dolphins to look at. The beaches were relatively clean and the shelling was good.

Drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings was heavenly. My husband was suffering from stress headaches and realized that they were gone after only 2 days of relaxation.

Beautiful weather, great location with aterrific view and great neighbors. The only thing I could possibly complain about was there wasn't a can opener, but the store conveniently down the street provided a quick remedy to the problem. Definitely a thumbs up location.

Since no one has built in front of the house the view was great. It wasn’t far from a crosswalk and the sound of the waves were enchanting. I would defiantly want to use this beach house again. The bar in the kitchen made it very easy for all us girls to chat and have a good time.

The Blue Whale had a great view of the gulf. The house is older but has fantastic windows across the front allowing a wonderful view of the water. It was a cozy, comfortable home. Everyone htd a wonderful time, and we hope to visit again next summer.

My husband and I wanted to take a relaxing vacation to go fishing. When looking at the rental online it looked like an older house. Well the picture really dont do it justice! The house was awesome! Also the house is the third house from the beach but infront of it there are no houses built yet! Me and my husband really enjoyed drinking coffee on the swing and looking out to the ocean! I know that view won't be there forever but as of right now it's was amazing!
