Ark On Crystal Beach

Loved that 2 of the rooms had attached Bathrooms for the adults and the middles rooms shared bathroom for the kids...

Our second visit to the Ark was just as fun and enjoyable as the first! Beach house is large and laid out with guests in mind, both inside and out! Our 3 generation family enjoyed nightly meals in the spacious breakfast/dining area and well-equipped kitchen followed by family time in the large area below the home. Cobb ladies are always knowledgeable and pleasant and make the rental process a breeze!

We had a great stay at The Ark! It was spacious both upstairs and down and met our needs to a tee. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were a good size, and the extra 1/2 bath was perfect for our teenagers.

This cabin is very nice and clean. Plenty of room inside and outside to hang out. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Ark on Crystal Beach has a very good flow to the house going from the bed rooms to the rest of the house. This house has been one of the most accommodating houses I have stayed in while renting. Under the beach house We had lots of room to park our vehicle’s and trailer’s. I recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Crystal Beach.

We had a fabulous time. The Arm was awesome! The beds were very comfortable. I love it had large size beds, not twin or bunk beds.
Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about the house! Wonderful deck and fully stocked kitchen! We stayed in the king bed room and the bed was super comfy! We will definitely stay here again.

This cabin was gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. I felt it was one of the nicest cabins I have ever stayed in at Crystal Beach. My friends and I were thrilled with the set up and niceness of the cabin. The only thing that would make it better, would of course to be located closer to the beach, but it is not a bad walk.

Had a great vacation with four couples. The Ark had plenty of space, fresh and clean with lots of amenities. And we made use of the convenient cleaning station downstairs.

The house was wonderful. We had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. The only issue was the mosquitos. They were the worst I have ever seen them and it kept us from being outside much. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it.

The Ark is a gorgeous home with everything you could ask to have. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely furniture. Comfortable beds. Great floor plan. We had 4 generations for our stay and each family had their own room for privacy. The deck sitting area was really popular with the young adults once their kids were asleep. Short walk to the beach and easy with the collapsible wagon we brought. Great fun using BBQ on lower level with built in picnic table and chairs. Easy commute to Galveston for activities there. Definitely worth repeating.

For lots of people of all ages this was perfect. Younger children were able to go to bed early while adults stayed up to visit. All beds were comfy, great porch area for sitting, eating and for kids playing when it rained.
Just a short walk from the beach and so close to several restaurants, water slide, ferry, store. Hope we can stay a week next time!

The Ark on Crystal Beach made our weekend at GTD 2014 a very pleasurable experience. The ladies at Cobb are always very nice and helpful when it comes to any questions and concerns that you may have. This house is a wonderful escape and the pictures just do not do the justice this house deserves!! We already have it reserved for next year and look forward to another wonderful stay!!

Beautiful cabin...Nicely decorated with all of the conveniences of home! Plenty of room for a large family to enjoy! No one was ready to leave...Can't wait to go again next year!!!

This is a great house with all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We stayed here with our grown kids and their families... plenty of room for everyone. We caught 10 nice keeper trout one morning in the first cut on live croaker, when the surf was calm. We rented a kayak one day, and paddled our bait out about 250 yards.... Caught a 38" redfish. Released him. Great time was had by all! We would certainly stay here again!
