Good floor plan for a family .. 2 bedrooms with walk thru bath on one side; two bedrooms with bath between on the other side. And a bonus 1/2 bath off the living room.

Great view as no house between this one and beach. Layout of beach house was great, split bedrooms and a man cave with tons of movies, big screen etc. kitchen well equipped if you want to cook. Everything organized and easy to find.
Plenty of puzzles and games. Located near restaurants and grocery. Never went far. Will stay here again.

Great view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. Layout is great as you have two bedrooms on each side of house separated by a large living area. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order.

Absolutely a beautiful house with a stunning view! The house is something you would see in a magazine, it did not disappoint.The distance and access to the beach was a very brisk walk.

The View was wonderful & great access to the beach. Has a top floor oversized deck with a large iron table and chairs for outside meals....and a porch swing (my favorite). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possible need to make gourmet meals for your family. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean and equipped with plenty of linens. House is very well maintained and feels very homey. We'll be back next year!

It was great. Everything we wanted in a beach house vacation. The deck was excellent for games with the kids such as beanbag toss, very roomy and lots of chairs. Interior was more than we expected with all the amenities, three tv's and hundreds of dvd's.

Beautiful property with every amenity you could need. Most well stocked kitchen I've seen. Beds were very comfortable. The view is gorgeous, sitting on the deck and hearing the waves was just perfect. First time in Crystal Beach but won't be the last. Good WIFI, TV and movies if you need a break from the beach. Bathrooms were lovely and well stocked if you forgot anything. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with our stay the home was better than we even thought it would be. The only thing there wasn't any blankets for any of the beds but that was the only thing that I could even think of complaining about it was amazing..Thank you for everything.

Very well appointed interior. Nice house & close to beach. Perhaps the only improvements might be a upgrade to the BBQ pit, and a picnic table downstairs.

Very nice cabin and location. Would like to see the late check-in time and the early check-out time change. Earlier check-in and later check-out would allow for almost another full day of beach time.

Cobb Real Estate were very friendly and helpful. The house location was excellent. Beach and sand were clean. Disappointed with lack of access to Wi-Fi.Would have liked a letter to inform us of things that were available to us in the house, rather than having to search. Overall, excellent!
