You step into this beautiful home that is comfortable and spacious. So much room for family to visit, share meals, and relax. The porch was my favorite spot. To sit and read while the sounds of the waves relax your soul. We stayed at the beginning of May so call it off season and there were still plenty of things to do and see. The area had live music in the evenings and the beach wasn’t crowded. Check in was a smooth process however I only gave four stars because the management company didn’t provide us the details or directions until the day we were to arrive. Otherwise it was a five star stay. Highly recommend for all = a couple enjoying a get a way, a group of girlfriends looking for a place, or a family of 14-16 needing space this is a great place to “Stay awhile”!

We had a great stay at "Stay Awhile " over 4th July weekend.
Beautiful house, very secure location. Quiet and peaceful. Easy check and check out. The house and grounds were impeccable. I have a pet peeve that the windows facing the ocean has to be clean otherwise I clean them myself on arrival and these windows were very clean already. Perfectly set up for our dog.You would never know that this house is pet friendly, honestly this house is so clean it looks like no one has ever stayed here before.

This is the perfect beach house - plenty of room, arranged with privacy in mind, excellent location, quiet neighborhood and beach, nicely appointed - only missing a lift and porch swings.

Stay Awhile was a beautiful beach home! It was spacious and had everything our family needed! I enjoyed the sunrise on the porch every morning while reading! Our 5 grands loved the toy chest and the kid's games! The huge table was perfect for games. It was great having 3 bridges to get to the beach. Lesson learned: don't leave your cover up on the beach over night,ours was run over and destroyed by people on huge ATVs. Cobb Real Estate never disappoints! This is the fourth time renting with them, and we will continue with our next trip to Crystal Beach!

Perfect house and perfect neighborhood for our family week at the beach! The house was spotless. Beautiful view of the water and very close to the beach. Cobb Real Estate Inc is the best company that we have dealt with in the last 5 years that we have rented here at the beach. Our family will definitely be repeating our vacations in this house. The name says it best. You really want to "Stay Awhile".

Absolutely the best floor plan for a family. We had 3 generations from 70-2. It was perfect!!!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Morning coffee and evening drinks on the deck is a must.
