Perfect weekend getaway
House was perfect for our 3 families. We never felt crowded. Loved being able to sit out on the porch on watch the kids play on the beach and listening to the waves. Could walk back and forth from the house to the beach as needed. We will definitely be back again.

Great house, amazing view, loved the location!!
The house was great. It was very clean with plenty of room. The view takes the cake! We spent most of our time on the deck watching the water roll in and listening to the waves. Like the name says we were steps from the beach, easy to get there. Outdoor shower was awesome for washing off the sand! The beach wasn’t crowded like others we’ve been too. You can drive on the beach which was really cool. Plenty of places to eat close by. Would highly recommend!

True to its name - BAREFOOT STEPS TO THE BEACH. It was convenient to the beach! Sitting on the beach - the fireworks were much more than I could have imagined. Very clean house and adequately stocked with the advertised amenities. The cargo lift was A+. A truly great 4th of July week.
One thing to consider: the house is on a beach access road, so there was a lot of traffic to/from the beach. (Reason for property location 4 star rating due to the noise)

This was our first time renting with Cobb. The property was well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could need. We had 9 of us comfortably in this house. Bonus was the lift and the hot tub! No need to look anywhere else. This property is truly a gem!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with kids and grand baby. The house was very clean and pet free for allergies. They made sure we had everything we would need even a playpen for the deck for the baby. Plenty of seating on the deck, below under house, in the living room for visiting and huge table area for meals and game nights.
Location was amazing with big green yard and fire pit with wood ready for enjoyment. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family. Cobb reality was a joy to work with, always helpful and quick responses when I had a questions leading up to our visit. We give the them and this house ten stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our weekend at this beach house. It is right on the beach. Was able to sit on the balcony and watch the kids build sandcastles. We had 3 families total and we had plenty of space. We will be staying again.

This was a very nice house to spend a week at the beach at. The only negative was you cannot see the sunrise or the sunset from anywhere on the deck. A disappointment for us. The house is very well-maintained, great location close to everything in town.

After booking, there seemed like a lot of rules, but in reality they were not too "over the top." The house was wonderful and the location can't be beat. Everyone on the trip (four generations) was completely happy with the house and everything about it. All of us would definitely book here again.

This was our third year coming to Crystal Beach with our family and the third house we've stayed in. This house by far has been the best. The location is perfect! You can sit on the porch and listen to the waves. You can walk to the beach to play and then quickly walk back to the house if you forgot something or need a quick snack. We didn't have to pack up everything in our truck and take it with us. We plan on coming back to the same house next year!

I would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean and cheerful. The porch was shaded and had great chairs and nice table outside to relax and people watch. We were literally steps to the beach. The management company was very friendly and accommodating.
