Awesome house!
This is a beautiful house! Awesome views. The best thing about our stay was that this home has a generator. The power went out twice during the week, but ours stayed on! We were one of about three homes that had power. Also it is on the quieter side of the peninsula. We had our grandkids and they had a lot more room to play on the beach. Highly recommend and will be back!

Amazing Relaxing Home-away-from-home!!!
Wow! The pictures truly do not do this property justice. Immediately felt like a cozy home that wrapped itself around you. The views on the lower level were stunning while watching the wildlife abound. The upper deck view will take your breath away. Listen to the waves while enjoying a beverage in the comfortable deck chairs. Take memorable pictures of the sunrise and sunset too. The beach access was convenient and the owner's sure know how to make you want to stay and not return to reality! Cooking and relaxing in the living room with spectacular beach views made me feel like I was in heaven. They provide so much for your stay. You have GOT to vacation here and see for yourself!! Can not wait to return already.

Absolutely awesome place !
Every summer we like to do a beach week and we have found the Bolivar peninsula Really nice place . We had rented houses that were right in Crystal beach and it was great other than the fact we do have little children and in the summer the beach gets very busy with jeeps and suv vehicles on the beach, it is kept under control for the most part. Then we went to Hello sunshine rental and it was perfect. It is at the lower end of the peninsula where there is not so much beach traffic, beautiful place , unobstructed views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterways. There is easy access to drive down on the beach across the road and we have had some great fishing there. The kids were able to run and play more because of it not being so busy and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended for folks that would want that type os scenario. The rental is a newer build with the bells and whistles , just a beautiful location and place . Easy access to local restaurants and stores. Everything you would need. We are going to book it every year going forward! Hello sunshine!

Beautiful House!
We had some family come down from PA and rented this house for a week long beach vacation. Loved this house! It's a newer build and not as worn as some of the other rentals. (My family rents a house on the peninsula every summer.) It is on the other side of the road, but has an unobstructed view of the ocean in front and the intercoastal waterway in the back. The deck is large and has a gate by the stairs. And the beds are super comfy!! I also loved that it was at the quieter end of the peninsula, but only a short drive to all of the stores and restaurants. Will definitely rent this house again.

I will start that we visited a week after Hurricane Beryl. Cobb Realty did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on the property and whether we’d still be able to visit. Sadly, this was NOT the case with a handful of rental companies!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It felt like a home rather than a rental. It was decorated beautifully and had top of the line appliances, furniture etc. It was by far the nicest home we have rented in this area.

The only cons we had were likely related to the hurricane so were situational. There was a lot of standing water so the mosquitos were unbearable. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, getting to the beach was not as convenient as we hoped. We couldn’t just walk across the street due to standing water do we ended up driving to a beach entry. This worked out fine for us but with small children it would have been a hassle. Also, the beach on this end can be dirty (trash, etc) but again it may have been worse due to the hurricane.

Overall, we absolutely loved this rental and we will for sure be back! We had an amazing week and Cobb Realty was wonderful!

This cabin surpassed our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The view of the beach was wide open and unobstructed. We are looking forward to our next trip.

Radiant sunshine rang in the New Year. With less crowds, it was relaxing hanging out on the beach and finding treasures, taking the ferry to Galveston, and seeing a variety of wildlife at the nearby nature conservatories. Besides the beach, loved grilling on the lower deck, watching fireworks, looking at the stars, and dancing with my sweetheart. ��

2nd year to rent this beautiful beach house. Wonderful experience with Cobb Real Estate for the past 3 years. I won't rent from any other company or website. We will rent again next year, this same home..Hello Sunshine in Gilchrist. Super Clean, towels and linens provided, kid friendly home as well. This home is awesome, great view of the gulf and its a newer built home. Just Gorgeous! We love it and Cobb Real Estate!

Our stay was wonderful. House has an amazing unobstructed view of the gulf. Very accommodating for a family with children of all ages. Would definitely recommend staying here.
