Great to just step off the deck, along the short boardwalk to the beach.

The cabin was nice. Even without power Sue to bad weather, we still enjoyed our stay. Very roomy. Clean linens and towels. Beach front makes it easy with the kiddos going to and from the beach. The outdoor shower and rinse faucets are nice as well.- Anonymous from Silsbee, Posted: 09/12/2023
My wife and I decide to check the location out as we have not been here before. We planned a family re-union and we were going to stay at a local motel until check-in time the next day. Cobb Real Estate then offered us a deal. They would let us check-in early for a very reasonable price. I accepted the offer and we moved in that day. The rest of the family would check-in the following day. In total we had 14 adults and 15 grandchildren join us. The place sleeps 30. There was more room then I had anticipated. Those days we stayed were very humid and hot. The A/C units worked well and keep us cool the whole time. The house was very clean and the staff very helpful. We needed some extra bedding, we were not short, they were very prompt in getting it delivered. The house itself is perfectly located with easy access to the beach.
