This is my 5th time booking The Salty Mermaid. Labor Day was a blast with kids/grands and the beachhouse location is epic. See you again to bring in the New Year 2025!!!!

The first week in June was my 3rd year to stay at the awesome beach house. This house offers full beach views from the living/kitchen area and is so close to the beach. The fenced in yard is also perfect for my two small dogs. Love this place and plan to go back next year too.

Cobb Realty has always handled our rental experience perfectly. They are very organized and detailed. The house is called The Salty Mermaid and this is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this location. The home is open and airy and has the best views of the ocean. The home was clean and they supplied us with everything we needed to get us started for our vacation. The BEST part of our stay this year was the discovery of three baby owls in the third bay of the parking area. We loved seeing them every day and watching their mom bring them food. We will stay here as long as this home is available to rent. Thank you Cobb Realty for taking such good care of us.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! I loved relaxing in the lazy boy recliner by the window the day it rained. The house was well stocked, very clean and had great views. I would love to come back again!

This house was perfect for us, great space, awesome views, fenced yard for the dogs (beware of stickers), well stocked kitchen, excellent covered areas to hang out, and could pull our ATV in at night under the house. We had one minor issue (broken air mattress) Cobb staff had it resolved and a replacement to us in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service! This was hands down the cleanest most well kept rental property I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful home with an amazing unobstructed view of the gulf. Home was beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities that you would need for a relaxing vacation. Fenced yard was really a nice feature as well.

The location of the house was wonderful. It definitely get's busy on the weekends in peak season as its on a public access road to the beach. We really enjoyed the space and the layout was perfect.

It was our first time renting from Cobb Real Estate. Check-in and out process was easy. Property was very clean, close to the beach and the porch below was a really nice place to hang out after a day at the beach. I would have liked the beds made with the sheets instead of us having to make-up all the beds. Also, make sure you bring toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. We had a wonderful time, and we would definitely rent from them again.

This was my second year to stay at the Salty Mermaid. The location is hard to beat with awesome ocean views from the living room/kitchen area. The house is always clean and inviting. Cobb Real Estate is also great to work with.

We really like this beach house. It’s the Third year we rented it. Our dogs have freedom with the fence and it makes it convenient for us. I like the floor plan. The main room is spacious with lots of room to spread out. I really like Cobb’s. They are easy to deal with. I would rent this cabin again

Beautiful cabin with stunning views from several angles of the water. No cabins in front. Large living area with lots of seating and a large island for food preparation.

Awesome location, Beautiful home. Water views from all balconies and inside the home. Only downside is there is no lift. Be prepared to carry all your stuff up & down the stairs. If you have small dogs, they can get out under the fence.

Exactly what i was looking for. The house sits second row with no obstruction to the beach so you are far away enough from the private beach but can still hear the saves. From the balcony you can see the beach but not so much the people. The house is beautifully furnished so i feels like home. You feel secure as you pull your car under the house and close he garage door and has a fenced in area for the pups. Be ware of the sticker burs. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach house with a great view. Very clean in perfect condition. I loved all the pictures and decorations. The owner put in a lot of effort to little details when decorating the house. Would definitely want to stay here again

Our family really enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay at the Salty Mermaid. This home exceeded my expectations, it is beautifully furnished, light and spacious, and immaculately clean. The views from the deck are great and the beach is only steps away. Traveling with high school and college age boys, it was great to have good internet and TVs in all the bedrooms. My college son was able to attend group project meetings online and my high school son could get his video game fix in. We would definitely choose this home again.

This is a very beautiful beach house! Plenty of amenities, very well taken care of and lots of space for socializing or just sitting and enjoying the gulf view. We will definitely be back!
