The home has everything you need to make your stay great! Everything you need to cook with! We love to cook and there wasn’t one thing missing!
Just a few steps to the beach!
I would recommend a long water hose for downstairs so you can rinse off your toys & chairs! The one upstairs isn’t long enough to reach anything when you are downstairs! That’s my only negative and it’s a small one!

We used a competing real estate group for the last 12 yrs. Cobb is by far the better of the two. They made us feel welcome & seemed to enjoy sharing their little beach. We will continue to use Cobb for all our rental needs.
The house was perfect. Again, we've rented quite a few houses over the last 12 yrs & this one had everything we wanted. Super clean, well maintained, the complete package.
