Cool Breeze

My wife and I had the most relaxing trip to Crystal Beach we have ever had. The house(cool Breeze) was exactly that. A nice refreshing cool breeze. excellent location. Right on the beach and no one anywhere around us. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

This house was absolutely fabulous. Whoever designed it took great care! The views are spectacular. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, even has a dishwasher. Who could want more!

My brother and his wife join me and my husband every year at Thanksgiving holiday and we love the rentals that Cobb provides. We really loved the beautiful beach house that was right on the beach, and the laundry service was definitely worth the money!
We'll be back next year!!

Cool Breeze is a perfect beach(front) house. Small enough to be just right for two, with the capability of sleeping 10. We were comfortable cozy. For our stay! Will definitely rent again.

This was a great vacation home. It is right on the beach, you can walk there at any time...come back and rinse off, relax and go back. It was comfortable, just the right size. The cabin is located in a quiet part of the beach, but not too far from the stores and restaurant. I will plan on going back next summer

We enjoyed our stay at Cool Breeze immensely. We had 9 people and 2 dogs and we were comfortable. Yard was good for the dogs but the pickets on the fence fell off in a few area and dogs made an escape. It just needs a bit of maintenance. View of the Gulf was perfect and we would not hesitate to rent this location again.

Rental agency is very professional, efficient, and friendly. Nice ocean front location adjacent to Rollover Pass. There is some night time activity and beach traffic on weekends, but overall a quiet, restful location.

Furnishings (upholstery, pillows, window shades) are showing some wear, but house is nicely decorated and has expansive beach views out the side and front.

Be advised that the steps to the 4 twin bed loft area are very steep (more like a ladder), so not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.

Imagine sitting on your front porch enjoying a nice cold drink, listening to the ocean rumbling and roaring as the Cool Breeze gently caresses your face and the smell of the breeze tantalize your imagination. Gazing upward you can’t help but to notice the stars of the galaxy shining so bright up in the sky. Going to bed is the farthest thing from your mind but then you wake up the next morning to the cool breeze again caressing your face as you sit on the porch enjoying your hot morning drink and the scenery of the beach. Every moment spent here is an interesting one. The home was very comfortable and CLEAN. My hubby is a stickler about cleanliness and he walked around the home doing the finger sweep test and came up empty boy was he pleased. Our only displeasure was the condition of the pillows, the decorative linens on the beds and the upholstery on the striped sofas in the living bing room. They give they home a dingy feel when you first walk in,beds and sofas are very intimate items and should never have that appearance they all need a facelift in my opinion and the pillows need to be changed to better ones and changed at least every 3 months maximum. Other than that our stay was a fantastic experience and YES, we will rent from Cool Breeze again and we will definitely recommend it to our friends. Our boys did not want to leave and neither did I nor my hubby. Thank you Cool Breeze.

This house was perfect for a fishing weekend. We were walking distance to 3 bait shops and Rollover Pass. The Surf fishing was great and did not even have to take a truck down to the beach. The house is bigger than the pictures look, the loft up stairs sleep 4 grown men and they said it was spacious. It was a great experience!!!

Beautiful home, great location. When we arrived there was no mirror in one of the bathrooms which the property staff quickly attended to. They stay was very nice & relaxing. We will be back!!!

I absolutely love the cabin it was beautiful !!! All of the moms loved it and my kids absolutely loved that they had access to the beach within viewing and also everything was perfect totally would recommend

Quiet location; great beach access; nicely decorated; perfect for smaller families. The two Queen bedrooms are very comfortable. The 4 twin beds in the loft area are not recommended for young children or older adults, as the access stairs are very steep. We are return guests (4 stays at this house), and look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was furnished with everything we could have possibly needed.The description and pictures were just as you see them,beautiful furnishings and totally comfortable.We all enjoyed Rollover Pass so close to cabin and just a perfect location.Too bad people next to cabin at rv park chooses to trash out the beautiful surroundings,but there's always things like that to deal 's a shame something can't be done about it,but we just kept looking at the beautiful sea and our other tranquil,peaceful view.Will give a heads up though,you can feel the swaying of the cabin as your walking across the front room.Made me a little dizzy at first,but got use to it.We will be staying at Cool Breeze again.A truly beautiful cabin!!!

We were extremely happy with our stay in this house. The actual living space was much larger than the pictures made it appear, and the architectural detail added to it's charm. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need, so it isn't necessary to bring anything from home. Everything was clean and in working order, so no problems there. Our granddaughter throughly enjoyed sleeping in the loft, it too was set up very nicely. This was our first, but certainly not our last time to enjoy this rental.

We rented this house for a week for our honeymoon and were really impressed! We got caught in the ferry line for over an hour and the Cobb staff stayed after 5pm to get us checked it, they were great. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location right next to Rollover Pass and on the beach so we were able to fish everyday. We will be renting it again soon.

Lovely home, in a great location. Very nicely decorated, and quite comfortable. Access via a steep ladder to the 4 twin beds in the loft area could be challenging for older adults, or young children, but the space is cozy and well appointed. Sweeping views from the Adirondack chairs on the deck, and easy access to shell collecting and beach walks.... Vacation time!

The weather turned for the worse for us during an abnormally cool, rainy first of March. However, the property was great IF you could bear the lake of water at the entrance gate. The other disadvantage was the neighboring unkept trailer park and business surrounding the property, but if you keep your attention focused to the great view and location on the ocean, then the neighboring properties were not too much of an eyesore.
